  • 1:30: Vendors arrive

  • 2:30: Wedding Party arrives for photos

  • 4:30: Ceremony

  • 5:00: Cocktail Hour

  • 6:00: Reception

  • 10:00: End of Reception

  • 10:30: Gates are closed


    OPTIONAL TIMELINE SHIFTS & 11:00 END TIME

  • Move timeline to a later start to end reception at 11:00 to avoid summer heat

  • Move timeline to an earlier start to take advantage of natural sunlight for photos in October-December

  • Adding an additional hour to end at 11:00 is an additional cost of $1000 for the venue overtime. Catering overtime based on guest count and menu choice.
