This generous outdoor space can also be used to host meetings with larger groups. Our location is available for ½ days or full days for up to 15 inside and up to 30 outside. We can even hook you up with a caterer, making your time here effortless.

  • Rental Price: $1200 (9:00-5:00)

  • Includes Cleaning Fee and Transient Occupancy Tax in Ventura County

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $300

  • Liability provided by your corporate office, or may be purchased for $59

  • Additional Consecutive Days: $1000 per day + TOT tax
