INCLUDED EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
- Up to 20 wooden feasting tables, and/or 66” round tables with linens (50 different colors)
- Up to 250 wooden vineyard chairs w/o cushions, and/or 2 sets of white folding chairs
- 6 cocktail tables with chairs (3 high/3 low)
- Table top: china dinner plates, flatware, water goblets, champagne flutes or wine glasses
- All buffet tables and equipment, including a main floral buffet piece
- All upscale disposable ware for hors d’oeuvres, cake, and coffee
- Head table, gift/guestbook table, escort card table, dessert table, and DJ table, all with linens
- Shade in the ceremony and cocktail area
Command Performance Catering includes the set up of all reception areas, decorates the buffet or serves meal, buses, pours the toast, cuts and serves the cake, and provides all break down and clean up.

Our beverage package for a partial bar includes bartenders, all ice, partial glassware, assorted soft drinks, mineral water, iced tea and lemonade. Client supplied wine, beer, and champagne. May include up to 2 signature drinks if client provides all the ingredients. BYO alcohol – no corkage fees
Full bar, additional $4.00 per person and caterer to provide mixers, juices, and garnishes.

- Liability Insurance -$125 or try your homeowner’s policy
- Security for 5 hours - $200
- Heaters are a required rental when the temp is 63 degrees or below during your contracted time here
- Client provides dessert – no cake cutting fee
- DJ/MC Selection must be done from our preferred list. Basic DJ/MC services run 6 hours for $1,700-$2,000.
- Musicians for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner hour are allowed for groups of up to 4. Because of neighbor complaints, bands are no longer allowed.
The closest hotel is a Courtyard Marriott 4 miles away. Luxury hotels, such as the Westlake Village Inn and the Four Seasons, are a 30-minute drive from Maravilla Gardens.

Our season is between April 12th thru October.
Minimum guest count is 75 on Friday and Sunday, and 150 on Saturday.
The Sundays (5/26 &9/1) before Memorial Day and Labor Day are treated as Saturdays for guest count and pricing.
